Corporate Video: Rico Laxa, beyond building shelters

“The NHA’s work goes beyond building shelters. When we enable informal settlers to own a home, we help them build their lives.” Federico Laxa had said, the man behind the North-South Rail Resettlement Project, which successfully relocated ninety five thousand informal settler families from Calamba, Laguna to Metro Manila up to Pampanga to make way for the rehabilitation of the national railroad.

Federico Laxa is a man of such strong driving force that everyone around him is affected by his enthusiasm.

I feel honored myself that he let me do this AVP about him and his accomplishments that is used on his birthday and which he can use for future purposes.
