Pinoy YouTube superstars and Philippine Internet and Bloggersphere celebrities were present — Google Philippines Country Manager Aileen Apolo-de Jesus, Philippines’ Internet Guru Janette Toral, Philippine Blog Awards President Juned Sonido, Globe Telecom Social Media Manager Coy Caballes just to name a few.

With the localization of YouTube, I’m now more determined to produce videos for pinoyhowto.com, aiming to be partners with YouTube. And why not, right? Going to be working hard on this.

It’s been an annual tradition in UST Medicine students in their subject Physiology to make a music video that shows how it is being a medical student.

The section B students, batch 2014, demonstrated their usual day in school as they go on from subject to subject. They featured a highlighter – maybe it’s their most used object in class?

Shooting them in their Anatomy class – being in a room with 70 cadavers – was kind of creepy. Thankfully, the medical students let them remain covered, or I think that would just freak me out.

Actor-politician Edu Manzano formally opened the Adrian Manzano Cancer Wing (AMCW) at the Philippine Children’s Medical Center in Quezon City. The facility was donated by the actor and named after his late father.

The AMCW will serve as an isolation treatment ward for patients in need of chemotherapy and blood transfusions. It is the only chemotherapy and blood transfusion ward that specializes in treating children. The ward with recliner beds and equipped with a TV set and DVD player. The chemo cubicles have a playful look composed of basic shapes painted in 26-color palette representing the 26 letters in the alphabet.

The proceed from the facility will be used for the hospital’s less fortunate patients who are also seeking treatment from the charity ward. Edu was assisted by son Luis Manzano. Other stars present were Cherie Gil, Mark Gil and Ricky Davao.

Baby Love and Theo wedding music video way back in 2006 was a favorite for a long time. Indeed a memorable one too. Infact it was my first prenup video at Plantation Bay in Cebu. It was a highlight during the wedding in Manila.

4 years after, Baby Love contacted me again to create a dance MTV for New Style Crew, an amateur dance group. She is planning to enter this video in a TV show dance search in Germany.

To boost customer satisfaction and improve after-sales service, Isuzu Philippines Corporation once again staged the Isuzu Service Skills Olympics. The skills Olympics was a practical application on-vehicle diagnostics and component inspection. Isuzu Alabang emerged grand champion while Isuzu Pasig was the first runner-up and Isuzu Cavite was second runner-up.

More and more SM SaveMore Markets are opening in every major crossing of Metro Manila that brings in the convenient shopping experience closer to homes. As was covering the SaveMore Market Edsa-Kamuning store opening last February 25, 2010.

During my video coverage, it was a surprise for me to see all the managers and the top executives of different leading brands today present to grace the occasion. Not to mention celebrities Ruffa Gutierez and Iza Calsado among the guests in the event. Also present during the event was Mr. Henry Sy’s son Mr. Herbert T. Sy, president of SM Supermarket.
